Move-Out Instructions
In order to facilitate an orderly move-out and to minimize congestion and waiting times for vehicles the following procedures will be in place.
Security Canada Central Will Close At 3:00 p.m. Thursday, October 26, 2023
- Move-out times: Thursday, October 23, 2023, 3:30pm – 11:00pm
- Freeman will require approximately 30-45 minutes to roll up aisle carpet starting at 3:00 pm. Please do not place any cartons or containers in the aisle until the carpet has been removed.
- Dollies and empty storage containers will not be available until approximately 3:30 pm.
- Vendor vehicles will not be permitted to park in the loading area while their booth is being dismantled. The Facility has limited loading areas which must accommodate all vendors, so your co-operation and patience will be appreciated.DOCK MARSHALS WILL BE ON HAND TO SUPERVISE LOADING ACTIVITIES.
When You Are Ready To Load Your Shipment
When your exhibit is completely dismantled and packed and ready to load, please contact a Lange Representative in the loading area or at the Lange Service Desk. They will notify the marshal to allow your vehicle access according to the following VEHICLE ACCESS TIMES.
Thursday, October 26, 2023
3:30-4:30 p.m.: only cars, SUVs
4:30-5:30 p.m.: panel vans and cube vans
5:30-11:00 p.m.: 5 ton trucks and tractor trailers (plus above)
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL MATERIALS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE FACILITY BY 10:00 PM ON THURSDAY, OCTOBER 26, 2023 – NO EXCEPTIONS!
Any material remaining after this time will be removed by LANGE at the vendor’s expense and liability.
